• Choose your project from the dropdown menu. When you click on a project from the drop down menu the picture and price will change to coordinate.

• Simple substitutions of words within the link album of designs and layout can generally be created at no additional charge. However, significant changes to designs or creations/requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted by the registration cutoff date. You will receive a emailed mockup of your design and upon approval a customization fee of $25 will be invoiced and emailed to you due upon receipt.

Please note that wood will have random cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give your sign it's characteristics! Some peeling may occur during the creative process as well. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be one of a kind.  

Due to all the customization's at our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice the price you paid for your project will be turned into a store credit that will be emailed to the email that is used to purchase the project. This credit can only be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not receive a credit for a future workshop and you forfeit your project. Email dfwhammerandstain@gmail.com with your four digit confirmation code you received when you registered letting us know you need to cancel your reservation and receive a credit for a future workshop. 

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/Covid-19 The novel coronavirus, COCID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. Hammer and Stain DFW, LLC has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Hammer and Stain DFW, LLC cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending events at Hammer and Stain DFW, LLC could increase your risk and your child(ren)'s risk of contracting COVID-19. By checking the I agree to the terms box I acknowledge the contagious nature of Covid-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Hammer and Stain DFW, LLC, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Hammer and Stain DFW, LLC may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Hammer and Stain DFW, LLC employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)'s attendance at Hammer and Stain DFW, LLC. On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Hammer and Stain DFW, LLC, its employee's, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising our of or relating there to. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on actions, omissions, or negligence of Hammer and Stain DFW, LLC, its employee's, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Hammer and Stain DFW, LLC program. By checking the required box, I agree to any and all of the terms outlined above. 

Intended to be legally bound hereby. I confirm I am willingly participating in a Hammer and Stain DIY Workshop DFW, LLC. In addition, I authorize and release all photographs taken at Hammer and Stain DIY Workshops, LLC and in consideration of registering and paying for my participation and the supplies and materials for this activity. I hereby release Hammer & Stain DIY Workshop DFW, LLC and all its subsidiaries, agents, employees and the property/building owners of all liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur while participating in this workshop. 

If I consume alcohol, I accept full responsibility for the amount and any injuries that may occur due to my alcohol consumption both on the premises or outside once I leave, including those related to Hammer and Stain's negligence. 

Items demonstrated and/or made in Hammer & Stain DIY Workshop DFW, LLC are for personal use only. I agree to not commercially sell items I have made at Hammer & Stain DIY Workshop DFW, LLC or subsequently turn what I have leaned into a business in which I financially benefit from. I further agree to not share or tech techniques for recreating items learned in this workshop whether it be in my own ventures or another establishment within 200 miles of Hammer and Stain DIY Workshop DFW, LLC.
